Central Surgery aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients. However, if you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know in the first instance by contacting the Practice Manager who will be happy to help.

We will always try to resolve any issue when it is first identified to us. However if we cannot sort out your problem in this way and you wish to make a complaint, the Quality Team at East and North Hertfordshire CCG can advise you about the complaints procedure and arrange for a complaints officer to contact you. We keep strictly to the rules of medical confidentiality so if you are complaining on behalf of someone else, we have to know that you have his or her permission to do so. A note signed by the person concerned will be needed. If they do not have the capacity to agree for a complaint to be made on their behalf, the person legally charged with their affairs can agree to the complaint being made. In other situations we will consider what is in the patient’s best interests.
