Elderly Care

Have you fallen or feel you may be at risk of falling?

As we get older there is an increased chance that we may fall accidentally. The good news is there are some small changes that can be made to help prevent falls in and around the home and there are services to support you within your community.

We have a downloadable booklet which has information for everyone, whether you are fit and active, have some difficulty walking and getting around, or are worried about falling. Good health and keeping active can make a big difference to your quality of life, whatever your age.

Find out more from our Falls Brochure.

Teenager Services
