Two women die every day from cervical cancer and we need your help to reduce this number.
Cervical screening can stop cancer before it starts by checking the health of the cervix and preventing any potentially harmful cells from developing. These screenings save an estimated 5,000 lives per years, which is why it's vital we encourage women to attend.
The number of eligible women attending their tests is at a 20-year low and coverage is at its lowest amongst women aged 25-35.
You can book your smear appointment by either calling the surgery on 01279 30180 (option 2), the phone lines are less busy after 10am, or via Patient Online Access (You can access this service 24hrs a day).
